The KMD WorkZone certification program is a part of our commitment to helping customers realize the full potential and benefits of the WorkZone platform. The certification program is available to customers, consultants and other partners who need to expand their KMD WorkZone competencies.
The certification program is made up of a selection of modules depending on the participants role and required technical skill set. The first and fundamental module in the program is the WorkZone Foundation where participants will gain a deep understanding of KMD Workzone. In the Foundation Module the participants will:
- Learn how to use the application as a general user
- Get an insight into the full feature set in KMD WorkZone
- Learn about the WorkZone data model
- Learn how to configure case types, master data etc. in KMD WorkZone
- Learn how to create dashboards in KMD WorkZone
- Learn how to create digital business support
The Foundation module concludes with a test where the participants are required to configure KMD WorkZone based on a customer test case and complete a multiple choice exam.
For those with a need for a deeper understanding of the WorkZone platform, we offer the advanced modules which have content targeted at both consultants and developers. The advanced modules are:
- KMD WorkZone OData, for extracting data from WorkZone, using BI tools with WorkZone, building integrations
- KMD WorkZone InterAct, for designing and building digital forms interacting with WorkZone
- KMD WorkZone Process, for understanding process/workflow support in WorkZone and configuring workflows and developing new ones
- KMD WorkZone SmartPost, for configuring secure digital mail in and out of WorkZone and building templates for this.
As a result of the certification program we can now bring partners onboard and give them the competencies they need to help increase the value which customers get from using KMD WorkZone.
We are already collaborating with several consulting firms who all have certified KMD WorkZone consultants.
