Per Johansson, born in 1962, joined KMD as Executive Vice President in 2018. In April 2021 he was appointed to CEO. Per Johanson has a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Lund and a MBA from the University of Warwick, UK. He is the former EVP for Financial Services in the Nordic IT company, Tieto. From 2013-2017 he also headed the Swedish branch of the company. Mr. Johansson joined Tieto in 2009 from a position as managing director with the current CGI. He also previously held positions in Atos and in the Swedish insurance business.

Jannich Lund, born in 1970, joined KMD as Chief Financial Officer in March 2014. Jannich was CFO at TDC Business and previously held a number of positions in the finance department of TDC. Jannich has an MA in economics (cand.polit) from the University of Copenhagen.

Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

Mr. Fumihiko Hisamitsu joined KMD from NEC in 2021 as EVP, Strategic Initiatives. Since joining NEC in 1982 Mr. Hisamitsu has worked 20 years in the financial solution business and starting in 2003, he has been working globally in the NEC organization. In NEC Solutions America as responsible for high-end server business development, leading Super Computer Business globally, mainly as a supplier to major weather forecasting agencies and scientific institutes. Furthermore, he has been heading the Global Business Planning Division, managing NEC’s global subsidiaries for financials and governance, then most recently moved to Safer City Business Group in NEC and contributed on major Merger & Acquisition activities by leading business due diligence on e.g., KMD and Swiss Avaloq. He holds a B.A. of Commerce (Marketing and Business Administration) from Waseda University in Japan.

Merete Søby, born in 1974, has been appointed as Executive Vice President in KMD in May 2020. She started her career in 1994 as a trainee at Mærsk. She worked her way up to Marketing and Sales Executive, leaving in 1999 to pursue a new career in the IT industry, which came to define her work in the years ahead. Merete began as Account Manager with US company Compaq/HP, where she spent five years. In 2004, she moved to a position as Sales Director with the Japanese company Fujitsu Siemens Computers, where her responsibilities included sales to the biggest companies in the market. After a number of years heading up marketing, PR and product management for Fujitsu in the Nordic region, in 2008 she moved to Hitachi Data Systems, where she became Managing Director in Denmark, a role that she has filled ever since.
Download press photoRuth Wisborg, born in 1967, has been appointed as Executive Vice President in KMD in May 2019. Ruth has 14 years of management experience in KMD, where she always has focused on public customers. At KMD, she has been Vice President of Sales, Client Management and Customer Service in the Central Government and Vice President of Sales in Local Government. Previously, Ruth has held management positions at Fyns Amt and the University of Southern Denmark and have lots of experience with public digitization from the supplier and the customer side. Ruth has a cand.scient.adm. from Aalborg University.

Na’Tosha Bard has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer in KMD in April 2022. She is originally from Paris, Texas in USA and moved to Copenhagen in 2010. Before coming to KMD, she was with Unity Technologies for 10 years where she most recently held the position of Technical Director. Na’Tosha has a strong technical background with more than 20 years of hands-on engineering experience working on a wide range of proprietary and open-source software.

Terje Kjøs has been working within the Banking IT area for more than 20 years. With background from EVRY and Santander, Terje has long experience with bank and finance software implementations in the European market. Terje joined Banqsoft in 2010 and has filled various management positions, most recently as Head of the Financial Solutions area, focusing on product development. Terje took over as CEO in January 2018.

Torben has been employed in KMD since 2011, where he started out as director within the department of KMD Information Management. Next up, he has managed the public ERP business and finally he has been the Vice President for ERP & Administrative Software Solutions within the market of Local Government. Throughout his career, Torben has been working with management, service development and optimization of the public sector and his career began back in 2000 as Development Consultant in Viborg Municipality. In 2003, he moved to Danish Municipalities Revision (today known as BDO) as Management Consultant within Public Finance Management and Optimization. He initiated his career in KMD back in 2007 as Account Manager within the market of Local Government. In 2010, Torben started working as the manager for the Public Consultant Business of BDO within KMD.

Jette Singleton, born in 1979, has been appointed as Senior Vice President in KMD in August 2022. She started her career in 2006 in Maersk as a recruitment consultant, after which she was promoted to Global HR Business Partner for the shipping company. Jette Singleton left Maersk in 2016 as Head of HR Operations. She then moved to the energy sector at Ørsted, where she spent the next few years as Lead HR Business Partner. In 2019, she was appointed HR Director at Carlsberg, where she was part of the global commercial management team. In 2021, she joined the fast-growing online retail company, Hobbii, as Chief People Officer. Together with her team she established and professionalized the People function at Hobbii.

Mr. Yoshida joined NEC in 1986. Since 2005, he has been in Paris for 2 years as VP of NEC France, and moved to London for 4 years as GM of NEC Europe, Regional HQ. In 2016, he stayed in Beijing as head of NEC China, Regional HQ. In 2018, he has promoted as Senior Vice President, in charge of submarine network and wireless global business. In April 2021, he is responsible for digital government business as SVP. He graduated from Osaka University, where he majored in Economics.

Asako Aoyama is the CFO of Global Business Unit of NEC Corporation, overseeing finance organizations across 5 continents along with the Japan based team called Global Finance. Before joining NEC in January 2020, she led the transformation of the bottling business and organizations for the Coca-Cola business in Japan. She was the first Japanese female named to the board of directors in the history of Coca-Cola in Japan and served as CFO at Tokyo Coca-Cola Bottling Company (currently Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan inc., the third largest bottler in the world). She is a Japanese CPA and holds MBA from the business school at the Ohio State University.

He is responsible for acceleration of NEC’s global software business in the area of Digital Government and Digital Finance.
