Eva Berneke

CEO

Eva Berneke, born in 1969, was appointed CEO of KMD in March 2014. Eva started her career in 1993 with McKinsey & Company, initially in Copenhagen. Later she spent 10 years in France where she became a partner at the Paris office. In 2007, Eva joined TDC as Chief Strategy Officer and was a member of the group management. In 2009, she became Senior Executive Vice President, most recently in charge of TDC Business. Eva is a member of the boards of directors of LEGO A/S and DTU. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Danish Central Bank (Nationalbanken). Eva has an MSc. (in engineering) from the Technical University of Denmark and graduated in 1992. She obtained an MBA from INSEAD in 1995.

Jannich Lund

Jannich Lund, born in 1970, joined KMD as Chief Financial Officer in March 2014. Jannich was CFO at TDC Business and previously held a number of positions in the finance department of TDC. Jannich has an MA in economics (cand.polit) from the University of Copenhagen.

Thomas Flarup, born 1974, came to KMD in 2015 as COO. Thomas Flarup is a qualified civil engineer from the Technical University of Denmark. After many years with the Danish Defense – in the military special forces, among others - he began his civil career with Boston Consulting Group in 2005. Then followed a further number of years with TDC. Thomas began as a strategy consultant in 2008 and has consequently held various director positions in a number of telecommunication company’s divisions. Most recently Thomas had the position as Senior Vice President for Solution Sales in TDC Business.

Morten Langager

Senior Vice President, Communication & Marketing

Morten Langager came to KMD as a director for communication in 2010. Before this he had worked at Christiansborg as a special consultant for a number of years. His earlier career entailed employment as a political reporter at Jyllands Posten, the three Stiftstidender and as a journalist for Dagens Medicin. Morten is a qualified journalist from the Danish School of Media and Journalism in Aarhus. In addition, he holds a bachelor degree from Roskilde University in public administration.

Lisbeth Hald

Lisbeth Hald came to KMD in 2013 from a position as HR Director in Siemens. Her earlier career has also involved positions within IT and technology; from the early years as HR consultant with Xerox, over a longer period of time with IBM and Teleca, where she ended as Senior Vice President. Lisbeth Hald holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Mark Skriver Nielsen

Mark Skriver Nielsen came to KMD as an attorney and deputy director in 2010. Before KMD, Mark had worked as an attorney for the firm of attorneys Abel & Skovgård Larsen and, over a number of years, for Telenor - most recently as legal director. His earlier career involved positions at Ret & Råd Advokater, Knop & Co, BG Bank, the Danish Ministry of Defense and Danske Bank. Mark holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen.
