In KMD we develop mobile applications that meet our customers’ diverse needs - apps used in various situations and environments and by very different individuals. Some apps can use the camera function to collect photos, e.g. with the aim of showing the individual user's profile picture in the app and possibly in the customer's associated IT solutions. The data being processed is not the property of KMD but always the property of our customers, and therefore, our customers are responsible for developing guidelines and policies for the appropriate use of data. For all KMD-developed apps it applies that as data processor KMD process all personal data in accordance with the data processor agreement entered with the data controller.
