We want you in our team if you: 

  • are a student or a graduate of computer science or computing-related fields, or a basic-level software application maintenance or development practitioner 
  • can commit to the Talent Lab for five months, starting in July (two months part time, three months full time, minimum 30 hours a week) 
  • are willing to stay at KMD in a junior role after the Talent Lab program 
  • can communicate in English and Polish

FAQs

We start taking applications every February, with the program starting in mid-May. This means it may take a while for us to get back to you. Please be patient — we always respond to every applicant.
For .NET Developers:
Application – Cognitive Test – Role-related test (using the Codestrikes platform) – Phone screening – Hackathon – Interview – Invitation to join
For other roles:
Application – Cognitive Test – Role-related test (using the TestDome / Codestrikes platforms) – Phone screening – Interview - Invitation to join

Please note: You will move to the next stage in the process only if you have completed the previous stage.

Due to the high number of applicants, we can only tell you if you passed or failed the Cognitive Test. We can't give specific numbers.

For role-related tests, check your results on the TestDome and Codestrikes platforms, depending on the role.

If you took part in a hackathon, check your results on Codestrikes. 

You take a role-related test only if you passed a cognitive test. Test are sent out according to the timeline you should have received by email.
You have five days to complete each test. If you don’t complete them within the time, your application will not go forward.
It can take up to 48 hours to get the email. Check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, email us.
No, you can apply only when job ads are active. Please note, that due to a high number of applicants we may close internship ads before the deadline, so don’t wait with your application!
Yes! If such prioritization will not be stated, we reserve the right to decide which recruitment process, you will be assigned based on your CV.
No! You can apply only by clicking on the “Apply” button in the internship ad. We will not accept applications sent directly to recruitment / recruiter’s email inbox.
Yes. Talent Lab is mostly aimed at IT students and graduates however everyone is more than welcome to apply if they have related skills. In 2021's Talent Lab, we invited candidates who had careers in different fields but decided to try new adventures in IT.
No. You must speak English and Polish fluently to apply for Talent Lab. 
Due to the high number of applicants, we only share detailed feedback with applicants we interview.
We are flexible regarding remote work but as a junior team member you will be required to come to the office more often. You need to be in the office a few times per month, and in some cases up to 2-3 times a week.

During your Talent Lab internship (May-September), you will be on a civil contract (umowa zlecenie). After your internship is complete, we'll offer an employment contract (umowa o pracę) or B2B cooperation.

We only offer these contracts. You can't continue the civil contract after the internship is complete.

We give you unpaid free time for your exam preparation. We understand you need flexibility from us during May and June to attend classes and exams.

At least 30 hours weekly (Monday–Friday business hours, we don’t work on weekends)
