Recruitment process for Talent Lab starts in February but the start date of the Program is mid-May. This means that you might wait for an update from our side, longer than during regular recruitment processes. Please be patient! We will get back with updates to all participants.
For .NET Developers:

Please note: You will be invited for the following steps of the recruitment process, providing you complete previous steps with success.
The Predictive Index – due to a high number of applicants, we are able to share with you only information about whether you passed the test or not. We are not able to share with you a specific number of points.
Role-related test – you will be able to check your results on TestDome / Codestrikes platform depending on the role.
Hackathon - you will be able to check your results on Codestrikes platform.
Test are sent out according to the timeline, you received in the e-mail communication. You will receive a role-related test, only if you passed the cognitive test.
For each test, you have 5 days to complete it. If you don’t complete tests within this time, your application, will not be proceeded to the next steps.

Yes! Talent Lab is mostly dedicated for IT students and graduates, however everyone is more than welcome to apply, if they have related skills. During 2021 Talent Lab edition, we offered candidates, who already made their careers in different fields, but decided to start new adventure in IT.
Talent Lab participants are required to speak fluently both English and Polish.
Due to a high number of applicants, we are able to share detailed feedback only after interview stage. During previous stages, you will receive general updates regarding your application.
We are flexible regarding remote work but as a junior team member you will be required to come to the office more often. You need to be available to be present in the office a few times per month (in some cases up to 2-3 times a week).
During Talent Lab, civil contract (umowa zlecenie), so between mid-May and end of September. After Talent Lab, we offer only employment contract (umowa o pracę) or B2B cooperation, so since October. We will be able to provide only these types of contracts, it’s not possible to continue with civil contract cooperation after October. The information which type of contract will be offered since October you can find in the job ad.

Yes! You will get unpaid free time in June to prepare for exams. Additionally, we are flexible during May and June, so you can attend your classes and exams.

At least 30 hours weekly (Monday – Friday business hours, we don’t work on weekends)
