Have you ever wondered what it's like to work in the IT industry, but been unsure of how to get started? A lot of people have. The IT industry is a place where you can work to impact the future, and the industry has many job opportunities and ways to exceed in your career, no matter which background you have. However, there is also a lot of misconceptions about the industry, such as being entirely male dominated or that you need to have an IT education to work there.

In order to break some of these misconceptons and show how to get into the IT industry even though you might not have an IT background, KMD has done a series of webinars where you can learn about how you could fit into the industry and how to land a job there.
The Webinars
The webinars is a series of 3, and covers 3 different topics; 1. Women and why you should work in IT, 2. Jobs in IT and 3. CV Tips and Tricks.
So if you are like many others and want to get into the IT industry, we encourage you to explore these webinars. The webinars are launched in an attempt to attract more women to the IT industry, but anyone is more than welcome to watch and kick-start your own career in IT.
The webinars were done locally in both Denmark and in Poland and are adjusted to the local job markets. If you are interested in joining the IT industry in Denmark, you should watch the webinars from Denmark, which are done in English. In this webinar, we will kick off the series by exploring the IT sector and it’s opportunities for women. We will cover subjects such as:
