All reports are handled with confidentiality and security in mind.

The whistleblower arrangement allows all KMD employees, business partners, citizens, the Executive Board and the Board of Directors, to report on non-compliance with applicable law and internal policies included in the KMD Corporate Compliance program.

Reporting through the whistleblower arrangement can be done in full anonymity by reporting through a dedicated and separate IT system, see link below. Reports can also be submitted by calling our Corporate Compliance Team or our external whistleblower lawyer and request anonymity.

In order to provide full anonymity for whistleblowers, the Whistleblower system is hosted by a third party IT provider and is completely separated from KMD’s internal systems. The system does not track IP-addresses and allows ongoing communication through a pin-logon system.

All reports under the whistleblower arrangement are handled with confidentiality and security in mind. KMD guarantees that no negative consequences will arise for a party who has reported in good faith.

Security Flaws

In KMD, we prioritize security in our IT systems and to protect personal data belonging to customers and citizens from abuse. Among other initiatives, we are a signatory to the Code for Reporting of Security Flaws issued by The Danish ICT Industry Association (ITB). The Code ensures that citizens know that they can share information about security flaws in our IT systems with us safely.
