The whistleblower arrangement allows all KMD employees and external parties, to report on non-compliance with the Corporate Compliance program, including Code of Conduct, applicable law and internal policies.
Reports can be submitted directly to KMD’s internal Corporate Compliance Team or to a dedicated external whistleblower lawyer.
Reporting through the whistleblower arrangement can be done in full anonymity by sending an e-mail through a dedicated and separate it-system. In order to provide full anonymity for whistleblowers KMD has contracted with an external third party it-provider to operate a channel of communication completely separated from KMD’s internal systems. This includes removal of IP-addresses and the possibility for ongoing communication through a pin-logon system.
Reports can also be submitted by calling our Corporate Compliance Team or our external whistleblower lawyer and request anonymity.
All reports under the whistleblower arrangement are stored and managed under rules of confidentiality. KMD guarantees that no negative consequences will arise for a party who has reported in good faith. KMD’s whistleblower arrangement is approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency.
